Black Sea Cross Border Cooperation Programme

Olwen Herbison has recently completed an assignment as an independent evaluator of project proposals from local government units and NGOs of the eligible regions of the eight countries bordering the Black Sea for financing through the European Neighbourhood and Partnership Instrument (ENPI).

EPNI proposals were for cross-border cooperation actions focusing on three priorities: economic development; environmental protection and conservation; cultural and educational initiatives.

The Black Sea Programme is based in Romania where orientation on the evaluation process and the associated software was provided for the proposal evaluation process.
